This handling of the data occurs solely for the purpose of organizing and conducting the event. Your data will be conveyed only to third parties (e.g. promoters or hotels) which are directly involved in the congress’s sequence and only when organizational sequences necessitate it. Legal regulations demand that we request and receive your permission for this and also that we request and receive your permission to contact you, for advertising purposes, to inform you about future events which could potentially be interesting for you.(UWG § 7, 2). If you do not grant your permission to us, we will unfortunately not be able to register you for the event and it will likewise be impossible for us to send you information in the future. However, your permission is voluntary and you can revoke it at any time.

The addresses for our congress information come from our current and/or previous direct business relationships or from publicly accessible directories, e.g. your businesses’ homepage, etc.
