Cancellation Policy Cancellations received in writing by 29.7.2016 are subject to a handling fee of Euro 25 (including VAT). No refund will be given for cancellations received after this date. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the conference office via fax +49 40 3250 9244 or e-mail dog@interplan.de.
